A Level 3 rating means there are cosmetic imperfections in three or more spots. These are visible up close and may also be noticeable from afar. See pictures for reference. This is an example of the kind of bag you will receive and may not be the actual bag.
In the course of transit from Italy to us in the U.S., some bags can suffer damages such as dents, scratches, or ridges due to packaging or shipping conditions. These bags are brand new and include all the normal packaging elements.
Please note: If this is your first Silver & Riley purchase, we do not recommend beginning with a Level 3 bag. For new clients, we suggest starting at Level 1, which has only one minor cosmetic imperfection and provides the closest experience to our pristine collection.

- Clean with a soft, dry cloth
- Protect from direct light, heat and rain. If bag becomes wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth
- Avoid damaging the interior of the bag with liquid cream, hand sanitizers, makeup and perfumes
- When not in use, fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity
- Store in the provided dust bag
- Do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag
