We always strive to provide you excellence in our products and service, but sometimes it might just not be a match. We understand this, and we are sorry to hear it did not work out. We will do our best to provide you a smooth and easy return experience and we appreciate your patience through the process.

You may return your item for a refund within 7 days of delivery or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that looks in any way used or tampered with. Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for it be processed. If your return is accepted, your refund, less 5% of the total order value (which covers shipping and transaction fees) will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return is not accepted due to merchandise being used, not restockable or missing original packaging, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that all items purchased through the SSW (Sustainability, Sample and Warehouse) Sale are Final Sale and not returnable.



All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from package delivery. All refund requests initiated after this window will only be issued as store credit. After your return is approved, please be sure to mail back your items within 7 days to qualify for a refund.

Please allow us 3 to 7 business days to process your return once it reaches our warehouse. Once processed and the return is accepted, we will confirm your refund via email. Please send an inquiry only if it is beyond the 7 day window and you still have not heard from us.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only - no exceptions. The timing of when you actually receive your refund depends on your banking institution.


orders outside of the United States

International returns are allowed, however, please be advised that for returns of orders shipped outside of the United States, the delivery, duties, and taxes are non-refundable by the collecting governmental agencies. Consequently, your refund will be the portion you paid which represents the item's cost, less 5%, as that is the only amount collected by us at the time of purchase. Charges associated with delivery, duties, and taxes are paid directly to the respective agencies and are excluded from the refund.
