We always strive to provide you excellence in our products and our service, but sometimes it might just not be a match. We understand this, and we are sorry to hear it didn't work out. We will do our best to provide you a smooth and easy return experience and we appreciate your patience through the process.

To begin your return request, please send an email to refunds@silverandriley.com with your email address, order number and reason for your return. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. 

Merchandise must be unused and sent back in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that looks in any way used or tampered with. Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for it be processed. If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.



All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt. All refund requests initiated after the 7-day window will only be issued as store credit, less applicable return costs.



In the case of exchanges within 30 days, all costs are waived and the full value of what you paid will honored for your exchange or issued to you as store credit. Exchanges beyond the 30-day window may be honored, but on a case-by-case basis. 



No, we do not charge fees for your return. However, there are costs associated with a return. These costs will be communicated to you when completing your request. These are the costs:

  1. Original shipping cost. As a courtesy, we ship all orders $150+ within the contiguous U.S. for free, but in the backend, it costs us an average of $20 to do so - so we must deduct this from the refund total. Sometimes the original shipping costs a lot more than $20, in which case we will deduct that exact amount 
  2. Return label cost. If you opt to use our return label, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label. The label cost is dependent on your location. We will always optimize to find the least expensive pricing (typically by USPS). You can opt out of this cost by using your own shipping, but you will be entirely responsible for the package getting to us
  3. Order transaction cost. Our transaction processors automatically deduct an average of 5% from what you pay us at the time of your order. For example, if you pay $1,000, we are only sent $950. When the order Is returned, we are never refunded this 5%, so we can only refund you $950 in this example.

Please note that passing these costs back to you is unavoidable for us. We do all we can to make sure to provide as much details/visuals on your items as possible prior to the purchase, so you can feel confident you're making an informed buying decision.



Please allow us 3 to 7 business days to process your return once it reaches our warehouse. Once processed and the return is accepted, we will email you confirming your refund. Please only send an inquiry if it is beyond the 7 day refund window and you still have not heard back from us on your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only - no exceptions. The timing of when you actually receive your refund depends on your banking institution.
