We always strive to provide you excellence in our products and service, but sometimes it might just not be a match. We understand this, and we are sorry to hear it did not work out. We will do our best to provide you a smooth and easy return experience and we appreciate your patience through the process.

You may return your item for a refund within 7 days of delivery or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that looks in any way used or tampered with. Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for it be processed. If your return is accepted, your refund, less 5% of the total order value (which covers shipping and transaction fees) will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return is not accepted due to merchandise being used, not restockable or missing original packaging, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO INITIATE A RETURN?

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from package delivery. All refund requests initiated after this window will only be issued as store credit. After your return is approved, please be sure to mail back your items within 14 days to receive your refund.

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?

Please initiate an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order and the full value of what you paid will be honored for your exchange or issued to you as store credit.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED?

Please allow us 3 to 7 business days to process your return once it reaches our warehouse. Once processed and the return is accepted, we will confirm your refund via email. Please send an inquiry only if it is beyond the 7 day window and you still have not heard from us.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only - no exceptions. The timing of when you actually receive your refund depends on your banking institution.
