In the course of transit from Italy to us in the U.S., some bags can suffer minor damages such as dents, scratches, or ridges due to packaging or shipping conditions. These bags are brand new and include all the normal packaging elements.

Returns initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns initiated after 14 days and within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit or exchange. This excludes products designated as SSW, which are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
