A Level 1 rating means very minor cosmetic imperfections, visible up close or upon inspection, but hardly noticeable from afar. See pictures below for reference. This is an example of the kind of bag you will receive and may not be the actual bag.
In the course of transit from Italy to us in the U.S., some bags can suffer minor damages such as dents, scratches, or ridges due to packaging or shipping conditions. These bags are brand new and include all the normal packaging elements.
Please note: Level 1 bags are ideal for clients who are new to Silver & Riley and/or want to experience our craftsmanship as close to pristine as possible. We recommend this level as the perfect starting point for first-time customers.

- Clean with a soft, dry cloth
- Protect from direct light, heat and rain. If bag becomes wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth
- Avoid damaging the interior of the bag with liquid cream, hand sanitizers, makeup and perfumes
- When not in use, fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity
- Store in the provided dust bag
- Do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag
