I wish I could give this company and the product I purchased more stars. The purse was 1 of 2 Mother’s Day gifts for my wife. I understood that I would not get the purse prior to Mother’s Day but there was a delay in the shipment as well. I reached out to Silver & Riley and the response was quick. I just received the item in the mail today and to say I am extremely happy with the purse, so is my wife, is an understatement. Along with the purse, there was a hand written note from Lola, expressing her/their gratitude for my patience and understanding. She even mentioned a few things I told her when I reached out regarding the shipment of the item which made myself and my wife feel special. On top of all of that, a gift was included for me, a card holder, which is something that I have been wanting for a while now.
