It's gorgeous and it smells great. I didn't have a nice red bag prior to getting this one; it fits the bill nicely. I loved that I received another personalized, handwritten note, as this is my second bag. Taking the time to write a second personal note, not something generic, is A+ customer service in my book. I'm really loving these bags and how Ms. Lola is conducting her business. Now I need to stop ordering before I go broke!🤪😂
