Amazing customer service

I can’t say enough good things about your customer service. Long story short, this bag was a gift from ex so my information was not on the order. He got me the midi but I wanted the mini instead. It was tricky to exchange since I was not the one that ordered but luckily, he put my name on the gift note so they were able to verify. They helped me through the process and made it a great experience. I even received a small scarf along with order as I was doing an exchange for a less expensive item.
